Terms and Conditions

Thanks for Viewing our Terms and Conditions pertaining to our 90 Day Exchange / Repair Warranty. We are making sure you as a customer have the best quality and service available at the best prices !


Our 90 Day Standard an All Advanced Warranties for Exchange / Repair Warranty will cover the following items, Computers, Monitors and Computer Accessories such as Mouse Keyboards and Webcams. Software is not included in this warranty and is a Final Sale Item.


Return / Repair terms and conditions agreement:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when sold.
  • Intentional or Accidental Damage is not covered under standard warranty.
  • Computers and monitors must be used with Surge Protectors.
  • We are not liable for Power Surges, Acts of God or Intentional Damage.
  • Exchanges are available if the Item cannot be repaired or If a Stronger Machine is Required for said users needs.
  • No Refunds under Any Circumstance All Sales are FINAL.
  • Water or Liquid Damage is Not Covered
  • Items that have been Repaired by other Technicians will Invalidate your Warranty.
  • Processor Upgrades not performed by us will Invalidate your warranty.
  • Extended Warranties are Available to Purchase
  • Viruses and Malware are not Covered under Warranty 
  • Items must be inspected and diagnosed before repair or exchange is approved.
  • Advanced Warranties with Accident Protection do not cover Data Retrieval.
  • Advanced Warranties with Accident Protection are for the Original Purchaser.
  • Exchanges are only availble for 90 Days even with Purchase of Extended Warranties Standard or Advanced.
  • ETS is not Responsible for your Data or Loss Due To Viruses or Improper Usage Please always back up Your Data !
  • Buyers Remorse is not Covered under Any Warranty.
  • Intentional Damage is not Covered under Accidental Warranty Protection.
  • Replacements after 90 days are at our discretion
  • Items Replaced may not be the same brand or model number but will be same specs of the original purchased item.
  • Processor or Ram Over/Underclocking is not Covered under standard or Advanced Warranties.
  • There is no Exchanges on any Warranty Plan Beyond the First 90 Days.
